I offer coaching/mentoring in project management.

I have long experience managing projects in IT and I’d like to share what I have learnt with you.

This is custom-fit coaching. We’ll start by talking together so I can find out how best to help you. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I don’t have a rigid plan to follow, but a flexible plan that will fit around you.

How can I help you?

  • Discussing how to manage a project you currently have.

  • Discussing how to manage the types of project you’re expecting.

  • Discussing particular topics.

  • Provide a sounding board, listening ear.

The first session is free of charge and free of obligation.

You’ll tell me about your situation and I’ll tell you how I could help.

If you’d like to continue then there will be a fee, but you may find one session helped solve the particular challenge you have right now.

I can also provide actual, practical help – with documents and charts you need to create.
